It Won't Stop!!

Yesterday, I did some work on the computer for Parker's upcoming birthday party. I was working on invitations, decorations, and such. I downloaded a font to use for the decorations and although I got a few pop ups, I didn't think I was doing any harm. Last night when Brad was using the computer he found that it downloaded like 9 extra programs along with a handful of malware and viruses! Ahh! So frustrating! He spent most of the evening scanning the computer and deleting unwanted programs. Fast forward to today, I open my blog and find that every single post has been changed to the font I downloaded yesterday. How it happened, I have NO idea because I didn't even have the blog opened yesterday! I will be working to get it fixed and back to normal SOON! Ugh, technology some days!

Fourth of July

We had a fun 4th of July this year in Wichita with my family. My whole family met up with my Aunt & Uncle's family in their little town to watch the fireworks. Their whole town comes together to celebrate this holiday in the park. Before the fireworks started, we hung out and listened to the music in the park. Parker loved the music and did a bunch of dancing for us!

Anyone who knows Parker, knows that he is obsessed with flags of any size. He can spot one from a mile away! He was thrilled when he found these little flags on Aunt Meg's table.

My mom and Parker waiting for the fireworks to start.

Parker loves my cousin and decided to show it by taking her picture. He actually took about 15 pictures of her! This one turned out great!

My little buddy and I!

We always hate having to say goodbye. :(

Thanks for a fun weekend at your house Aunt Meg & Uncle Bret.
We can't wait to come back!

Cousins at the Farm

I came across these pictures when I was going through my camera. They were taken when we were all home for Grandma Helen's funeral in April.

Parker will push anything around any chance he gets. Drew was sweeping the floor and Parker chased him around the room until he finally got the chance to push the broom himself. He would have cleaned that floor for hours! Notice how red his little face is. He was working hard!

Riding the tractor like a big boy!

These next pictures CRACK.ME.UP.!!
These two are going to be quite the pair as they grow up. :)

Oh, to be able to know what they were thinking and saying to each other!

These two :)

Ice Cream!

One of our favorite things to do during the summer is make our own ice cream treats by putting some ice cream in the blender and adding in our favorite candies, cookies, and syrup. This was Parker's first time at making his own and he loved it! He had vanilla ice cream with an oreo cookie mixed in. :) Yum-o!

Photo Shoot

My Dad texted me one day and said he was missing Parker and would love some new pictures. I told Parker we were going to take some pictures to send to Papa and he instantly started cheesin' and being goofy. I love my silly boy!

T-R-O-U-B-L-E

I was cleaning up the mess Parker had made from lunch one day and turned around to see the little stinker had gotten into the pantry and helped himself. I have a pretty good feeling he was trying to get a cookie for dessert and then this happened....

...and then he posed for a picture!

Spoons, anyone?

I thought this picture was too funny not to share. One morning, I was doing some things around the kitchen and Parker decided to set the table. :) One at a time, he took each spoon out of the drawer and carried it over to the table. He never touched the forks or knives (surprisingly), and worked until each spoon was where he wanted it to be. He was so proud of himself! As silly as it may be, I know some day I am going to miss these random but cute little things he does!

May

Where did the month of May go? And June, for that matter?!! We stayed really busy in May and it shows because I barely took any pictures. Bummer! Parker had lots of play dates with his cousins, and friends in our neighborhood. Brad and I went to Bryan & Emily's wedding while Parker stayed with Aunt Meg. I heard they had lots of fun! We started the summer off right with lots of time spent in our back yard and at the park. Parker could push his little mower around for hours if we would let him! We ended the month in Osborne for a long Memorial weekend spent with my parents and sister. We had lots of fun this month!

This kid loves playing under the table with my kitchen utensils!

 Mommy caught ya!

I love this boy!

Something tickled his funny bone!

The next few pictures were taken at Deanna Rose Farmstead. We went to the farm one morning with Aunt Jen, Jack, & Luke. Before we checked out the animals, we made a stop at a little playground. Jack was being a great big brother/cousin and pushing the little boys. So sweet!

Obviously, I can't take a good picture of Parker when he is wearing his hat! Haha!

Luke's Christening

Brad and I have some of the cutest nephews around and are lucky to get to be our nephew, Luke's Godparents. Luke was christened in April and we helped him celebrate his special day with a mass honoring him and then a reception following at his house. We love this little boy as if he were our own and are honored to play such an important role in his life!

Boys everywhere! Parker has so much fun with this crew. :)
