Happy Thanksgiving!

A few weeks ago we had Brad's family over for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a fun day and the food was delicious! Thanks to Brad's mom for making the turkey! I still need a few years of practice to be able to make a turkey on my own! We ate around 3pm, and then shortly after that, we were able to spend some time outside. It was so nice! I didn't do very well with taking pictures throughout the day. I did remember to take one picture at the very end of the meal, but some of us had already moved to the couches! Thanks everyone for coming!

One big, happy family!
Our house isn't the biggest, but we made it work by having tables together in the living room. At least we all were able to be together that way!

  1. Great job, Rachel! After reading this, I have so many questions like...how did you change the font? There's so much I don't know how to do!!

I'm looking forward to reading your blog about your journey with Brad. Great things are ahead!!!!

  2. Thanks, Kerry! I started this clear back in June, but finally had enough patience the last couple of days to finish it. It is still a work in progress! There are so many things I still don't know how to do, and a lot of things I just kind of figured out by just working with it. I even had Brad's help on occasion! I am so excited to finally blog, and will probably post a lot in the beginning! Everyone will get bored with me! I think with pinterest becoming so big, the creative side of me has just been bursting to get out... ya know?! So.. maybe, just maybe this is the start of something new! Ha! :)

  3. Ok, for the font change... I went to design, then template, then clicked on advanced. This option let me change all the parts of the blog. Not sure if this is the right way, but after trial an error, that is how it worked best for me. There is a lot you could teach me!
