A couple weekends ago, we joined Brian, Jen, Drew, Jack, & Luke on a trip to Alldredge Orchards in Platte City. We had so much fun and will definitely be making this a fall tradition! The whole place was kid friendly and Parker was in little boy heaven! We got to feed the chickens, ducks, and miniature horses. The boys played in the playground area which was full of pedal go-carts, a miniature house and barn, and hay bales for them to climb on. We walked through the general store and even took pictures with the pumpkins. Our most favorite part of all just might have been the apple picking! Parker got to ride in the wagon pulled by Drew. Uncle Brian, Daddy, and Drew used the long apple pickers to reach way up high and pick us some of the best apples. Jack, Luke, and Parker loved putting the apples in the buckets. In the end, we walked away with two buckets full of apples. After all of that work and playing, we were all hungry so we headed to Minsky's Pizza and ate lunch. Since it was Sunday afternoon, we were able to watch some football while we ate our pizza! Thanks for inviting us Aunt Jen and Uncle Brian! It was a fun day and we can't wait to go back next year!
