The morning of Christmas Eve, Brad, Parker, and I loaded up the car and headed to Wichita to my sister and brother in law's house to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. We went to Christmas Eve mass, came home and had a yummy dinner, and then opened our gifts. On Christmas Day, my brother in law's family came over and we enjoyed a delicious lunch and spending time with them.
The day after Christmas, our little family headed back to KC so we could repack our suitcases and head out to the farm early on Saturday morning, to celebrate with Brad's side of the family. Right after we got to Grainfield, all of the girls in the family attended a bridal shower for Brad's cousin, Julie who is expecting a baby in April. After the shower, the kiddos and guys joined us and we all had pizza for supper. After that, our family headed back to Brad's parent's house and we opened our gifts that night.
The rest of the weekend was spent visiting with family at Grandma and Grandpa Ochs's house and Grandpa Zimmerman's house, and watching the kiddos play with their new toys. :)
We had a nice Christmas this year and were lucky to get to celebrate with everyone in our family!
